Using FioTools
By using FioTools or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to make the purchase and provide accurate account and delivery information. You are responsible for activity performed through your signed-in account.
Products and fulfillment
FioTools sells digital subscriptions, licenses, activation codes and game top-ups. Availability, price, duration, region, delivery estimate and replacement coverage are shown on the product or checkout page. Delivery may be completed manually after payment confirmation.
You must review the email, player UID, Riot ID or other fulfillment detail before paying. FioTools is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect identifier supplied by you, although we will try to help where delivery has not yet started.
Payments and orders
Payments are processed by the provider selected at checkout. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, is incorrectly priced, appears fraudulent or violates a provider's rules.
Account and product rules
- Do not resell, abuse, automate or use products for unlawful activity unless the product explicitly allows resale.
- Do not submit passwords, payment PINs or unrelated personal information in fulfillment fields.
- Follow the applicable publisher or platform terms for every product.
- Do not attempt to bypass inventory, payment, account or administrative controls.
Replacements and refunds
Digital purchases are generally final after successful delivery. Invalid, already-redeemed, expired-on-arrival or materially incorrect items are eligible for investigation and replacement under our Refund & Replacement Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep FioTools accurate and available, but third-party publishers, payment gateways and networks may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, FioTools is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The updated date will appear above. Questions may be sent to support@fiotools.com. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
