Information we collect
When you choose Continue with Google, FioTools receives your Google account email address, display name, profile image and a unique account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.
When you place an order, we store the selected product, payment and fulfillment status, and the delivery details you enter, such as an account email, Free Fire Player UID or Riot ID. We do not ask for game, streaming or email passwords.
How we use information
- Authenticate your account and keep your profile and purchases associated with you.
- Process payments, manually fulfill digital orders and provide replacement support.
- Prevent fraud, secure the service and meet legal or accounting obligations.
- Respond to support, privacy and account requests.
Google user data
Google account data is used only for sign-in, account display, order ownership and delivery contact. FioTools does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or access Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendars or other Google services.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and service providers
Authentication, profiles and orders are stored with Supabase, and the website is delivered through Cloudflare. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout under that provider's own privacy policy. We share only the information reasonably required to operate, secure and fulfill the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, fraud prevention, support, tax and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@fiotools.com from the email connected to your account. We normally respond within 30 days. Some transaction records may be retained where law or legitimate fraud-prevention needs require it.
Security and your choices
We use access controls, encrypted connections and row-level database permissions. No online service can promise absolute security, so never submit passwords or unrelated sensitive information in a delivery field. You can disconnect FioTools from your Google Account permissions page and contact us to delete your FioTools profile.
