How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, the order moves to processing. An administrator reviews the product, plan and fulfillment details you supplied, then completes the top-up, activation, subscription or code delivery. Your profile shows paid orders and their latest delivery status.
Details you must review
- Account email for products that activate or invite an account.
- Free Fire Player UID for diamond top-ups.
- Riot ID, including tagline, for Valorant Points.
- The selected plan, quantity, region and platform where applicable.
Delivery estimates
The estimate on each product begins after successful payment confirmation and receipt of complete, accurate fulfillment details. Gateway delays, publisher maintenance, stock changes or a request to correct details may extend delivery. Contact support if an order remains processing beyond the displayed estimate.
Safe fulfillment
FioTools will not ask for your Google password, email password, banking password, wallet password or payment PIN. Submit only the specific identifier requested by the product. Delivery confirmations and replacement notes appear in your signed-in profile.
